You may use this site for your own, lawful, personal or business purposes — to learn about the property, plan a stay or event, and get in touch. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone’s rights.
02 Inquiries & information
Details on the site — rates, availability, descriptions, and photos — are provided in good faith and may change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer on its own. A stay, event, or booking is confirmed only when we say so in writing and any required payment is made.
03 Bookings, payments & pricing
Overnight stays are governed by our Rental Policy, including payment, check-in, cancellations, house rules, and responsibility for damage. Weddings and private events run under a separate written agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change until a booking is confirmed.
04 Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Stone House Lodge related to your inquiry or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The text, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Stone House Farms LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by law. Please don’t copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
