A mile to Scott’s Flat Lake, an hour to Tahoe, a recording studio under the pines, and the whole property in between. However your group likes to spend a day, it’s close. A few of the things we can set up:

Water & Lake

Paddleboard and kayak fleets delivered to the shoreline, pontoon cruises with bar service, guided fishing, wakeboarding, and lakeside beach days.

Lake Tahoe Day

Private boat charters, an Emerald Bay cruise with an onboard sommelier, door-to-door transport, and a gourmet lakeside lunch — an hour away.

Land Adventure

Guided mountain biking, ATV and 4×4 tours, private hiking and climbing guides, horseback rides, and sporting clays.

Wellness & Spa

In-cabin massage, mobile facials and body treatments, infrared sauna and cold plunge, sound baths under the stars, and forest bathing along Deer Creek.

Farm & Ranch

Walk the gardens and gather herbs and seasonal produce for your table, with farm-to-table meals from what’s growing on the land.

Culinary & Tasting

Private-chef farm-to-table dinners, live-fire feasts, wine-pairing dinners with a sommelier, mixology classes, and whiskey or tequila flights.

Family & Kids

Supervised farm camp, stargazing with an astronomer, scavenger hunts, outdoor movie nights, gold panning along Deer Creek, and nature crafts.

Air & Signature Splurges

Helicopter tours over the Sierra crest, a hot-air balloon sunrise flight, vintage and exotic car experiences, and a scenic floatplane to Tahoe.

Experiential & Cultural

Private artist and photography workshops, plein-air painting, live music from a soloist to a string trio or DJ, and a family portrait session.

On-site experiences carry the most ease; bigger adventures — boats, guides, private chefs — come through trusted local partners. Tell us what your group is after when you book, and we’ll arrange it.
